Uncheck checkbox once notification is sent – Gutenberg

Hello,

When using Gutenberg once the post is saved and the notification is sent we’d like the checkbox unchecked automatically so the notification is not sent again by error if updating the post. Before Gutenberg there was no problem as the page was refreshed when saving.

Is that possible?
