Hyperlink all Private ID’s in Table View

  • We are using Participants Database to manage our retailers, updating their notes ourselves, and not giving them access to their accounts.

    With this in mind, we currently have to copy and paste the Private ID from the correct column to the “?pid=PRIVATE ID” URL.

    However is there a way to just hyperlink the Private ID’s inside of this column so we can click on them and edit their notes easier than copying and pasting the Private ID each time?

    In the admin list, of you include the Private ID as a column, it will have the private link placed on it. You would set that up on the Manage List Columns page in the plugin admin.

    It’s possible to do this on the frontend too, but you need a custom template for that. I have the instructions for this on my site.
