Can you please check whether the test emails from our Email template is sending from your site or not? You can send a test email from the option “Send a test email to” present in our email template.
Can you please check the SPAM folder of your email account? Because sometimes, the emails are moved To SPAM folder also. If the email is not receiving in the Spam folder then please confirm whether you are receiving WooCommerce emails from your store?
If the WooCommerce emails are receiving to you but the reminder emails from our plugin are not receiving then kindly drop us an email on “support at tychesoftwares dot freshdesk dot com” and share the login credentials of your site with us so that we can check what the issue is and fix the same.
