Image Hover with Carousel Animation Issue

I am using Image Hover Effects – Caption Hover with Carousel v 2.7. When I saved my changes to an Image Hover the View Animation option switched from fadein to bounce. Also the Animation Duration changed to 0. When I try to change the Animation and duration they do not save.

I tried deactivating other plugins and there was no change. All the other plugins are updated.

I also created a new Image Hover and the same issue occurred.
