WordPress Visual Editor Not Opening Properly

When writing text or adding anything on wordpress visual editor editor blocked by other components like plugins block. Please check the screenshot https://snipboard.io/dDWyIu.jpg

I am unable to write anything except title. Text area is inside that block.

How can I solve this issue
