WordPress automatic transfer some characters in content

  • I put the code <!-- xxx --> in my post content far a mark, but WordPress automatic transfer them to <!-- xxx ＆#8211;>, how do i fix this problem?

  • You won’t be able to use HTML comments if you’re in the Visual Editor. use the HTML tab instead.

    i always use the HTML mode to edit the post content, but the problem still exist.
