I can’t add images to products when this plugin is activated

    Newest WP and Woocommerce, flexible shipping v.3.7.0
    Soo, I cannot add any image to product, nor featured or gallery. So I disabled all plugins but Woocommerce and it started working again. If I activate flexible shipping plugin it stops working. And I need it so another plugin can work (Apaczka -deliveries). I deleted cache, saved permalinks, nothing works.
    Everything looks normal but when I click on “add featured image” or “add gallery” just nothing happens.
    Help please!

    Hello,

    The problem might be with your theme. Please test the plugin again, but now using Storefront – official WooCommerce theme. It will help us identify a possible conflict with your theme.

    Please let me know if the issue stil occurs on Storefront.

    I have the same problem. I’m using Astra theme but I tried to use Storefront theme instead, and it didn’t help. There is probably JS conflict or sth.
    I can’t add or edit featured image or product gallery when Flexible Shipping plugin is activated.

    The problem began to occur after the last update. Could you help me?

    Hello @listronosz,

    Please activate WP DEBUG LOG in your WordPress and replicate the issue. Check the log file and if there are any errors, please paste them in this thread.

    Also, please send us a WooCommerce system status. Here’s a screenshot showing how to get it.

    This helps us to solve the issue faster.

    I have smiliar error after newest update but additionally i cant see or edit product descriptions in admin panel. Im using newest Futurio theme.

    I couldn’t find anything in debug log.

    I have also some problems with editing product description just like @stefan444 wrote above, but not on every product.

    Hi I had the same problem. I installed Flexible Shipping in version 3.6.4 and , if You use apaczka, You have to install version 1.2 .

    Thank you for your patience.
    Our developers investigated this issue. Turns out this problem is not related to our plugin, Apaczka plugin loads scripts in admin panel and that’s why you experience problems with adding or editing photos in your products.

    Please report this bug in official forum Apaczka support to solve it.
