instagram widget has disappeared

    Hey,

    Not sure what’s happened but my instagram widget has disappeared!

    Here is the short code that was generated by the plugin and which worked fine for a while:

    [fts_instagram instagram_id=11352619023 pics_count=6 type=user profile_wrap=no super_gallery=yes columns=3 force_columns=no space_between_photos=3px icon_size=100px hide_date_likes_comments=no]

    What should I do?

    Hey @rosiemalachi,
    Try going to your instagram account and then click the settings gear icon so you see the popup of options.

    Now click on the Authorized Apps option.

    Once on the next page click Revoke Access under the Feed Them Social App.

    Now go back to the Instagram Options page in our plugin and click the button to get a new access token.

    Lastly, Try Clearing the cache by clicking to Feed Them tab > Settings > Global Options > Clear cache

    Be sure to clear any other Caching plugins you may have installed also.

    Hi Justin,
    thanks for the reply.

    So I have checked my instagram account’s Authorized App options and it says that I haven’t authorized any apps to access my Instagram.

    I then regenerated shortcode and cleared all caches.

    Unfortunately it still appear show on my site.

    Is there anything else I can try?

    If you are not getting a green success message for the token on the Instagram Options page then the feed will not show up properly. Are you seeing that?

    I can’t see a green success message, where should it pop up? On the instagram shortcode generator page ?
