Header Menu and topbar menu

Hello team, i am new to blogging. I am currently using free version of oceanwp theme and pretty happy with it. But i want to bring to your notice the problem i am facing in designing website. I want main menu (home, about, contact) in the right with logo on the left. Below that, i want category menu (mutual funds, stocks, insurance etc). I tried to customize but unable to do it. Is there any way that can be done?
I want the menu placement to be as in https://www.problogger.com
