Coupons Do Not Work in Safari

    Hello,

    My woocommerce coupon works when I use chrome browser but it does not work (It says xxx coupon can not be found) in the Safari browser.

    I would appreciate if you can guide me how to solve this issue.

    Hi @loqoom sorry to hear about the trouble.

    I’ve just tested a coupon code from my site in Safari and it was applied correctly, so it seems like there’s something in your configuration that’s causing the problem.

    Usually when we see different behaviour between browsers it’s caused by the theme. Sometimes it’s caused by a conflict with a plugin – please follow the steps here to test: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/
