Google Captcha issue

    Everything was working fine until recently, not sure if there was an update but I am currently getting a “There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.” error message when submitting an Email from our contact us page.
    Everything is in place in the WP backend, I double checked the keys and ran the test which was successful.

    Any idea what could be done?
