Confident about Groundhogg technology & the team

Our project is WordPress based online training school which features community, commerce and online courses managed via Lifter LMS. Our courses are complimented by 1-on-1 coaching services. To keep things tight, we have wanted to have as much of our operations consolidated in the fewest number of tools. WordPress has been a logical place to consolidate. Up until now, our concerns with 3rd party CRM relate to costs, data sprawl, integration / development resources, different user interfaces and time. All of these factors provide risk in delivering a coordinated customer relationship experience with a reasonable budget. Because of this business risk, we have been looking for a WordPress based CRM for quite some time, with no success, until Groundhogg. We initially deployed in staging environment to test it out and make sure it did not crash our site (it did not.) From there, we have been busy getting things deployed and automations built.
The Groundhogg site, their team and the weekly office hours calls have been very helpful in getting up and going. We especially appreciate Adrian & team’s focus on the solo-entrepreneur market which allows us to learn as we go with a solid offering to get started for free. These core capabilities are helping us to know what we want to do as we scale, and position us to grow as Groundhogg grows. Although we are beginners in Marketing Automation we have been able to get the system live on our own, get our contacts imported from other 3rd party CRM tools (zoho, mailchimp, spreadsheets), tag them and we are now able to design basic marketing automations on our own. These skills will be especially helpful as we scale our business. While Groundhogg was easy to install and deploy, it is important to note that to be effective, it does require good familiarity with WordPress itself, as after all, it is a WordPress plugin (which is exactly what we wanted.) Besides the solid technology, we like the team and also have confidence that their direction offers lots of upside and growth which give us confidence in the company itself.
