WP GDPR COMPLIANCE NOT SEND E MAIL FOR REQUESTED DATA

  • I have created the page data access request, so that you can ask which kind of personal data are stored inside my blog yourstyleover40.com but in this page after writing the e mail address and clicking on send no e mail is sent. It seems it doesnìt work. My blog is updated, I have Activello theme. I have disactivated and activated every plugin to look for possible conflicts but without result.

  • Hi @simobone,

    After you click on the Send button, do you get a success notification on the same page? If so, it’s possibly related to the mail server. Do you have any other forms on your site that make use of sending emails (and do they work)?
