    Hello,
I have a very odd issue. For some reason users with the WordPress “Subscriber” level can see content that users with the “Editor” level can not see. This is regarding the header on our website.

In the access permissions there is no role that is tied to a user permission level. Users that register on the site are automatically given a level of access depending on content they enter during registration.

I have ensured that the editor accounts are in the correct group, but I’m very confused why they can’t see any of the header options except for one (Default homepage that anyone can see, even before making an account).

On half of the missing headers there is a specific permission level required to see them, but the other half there is no specific permission level.

Please advise on why users with the WordPress permission level of Editor cannot see things that Subscribers can see when they are in the same User Access permission groups.

    Thank you for reporting this.

Can you share some screenshots of the access conditions you have created for your levels?
How many levels do you currently have? Do any of them extend each other?

    Issue resolved.

We contacted a 3rd party support service for our issue and they fixed it for us. It had to do with some of the coding somewhere they said. I don’t know the exact details of what file they edited or what code they added.

    Thank you.
