migration from theme my login to clean login

Hi,
My blog was dead for a little while and in the meantime, Theme My Login went premium. I had to find an alternative and was advises Clean Login.

However, I don’t seem to make it work.
I removed TML and replaced their shortcodes by the CL shortcodes on Log In, Register and Lost Password pages.
They do not seem to redirect to the right links. I end up on the WordPress built in pages.
Same when I click on the Register button in the top menu.
Is there anything I should check/clean in the PHP code or in the database?
