  • Hi,

Could you try switching to a different exchange server? Also, which server and currencies have been set that cause the above issue?

No server is working. When I click “Update all rates now” nothing happens, the time until the next update does not decrease and prices do not update.

Please tell my, why this thread is marked as “Resolved”? I answered that there is still problem, which is not resolved.

    Hi,

It was marked when I answered initially. You can change the status if you would like.

Could you tell me what currencies these are that do not work properly? Also, what versions of Booster, Woocommerce, WordPress and PHP are you using?

None of currencies are update. I can have €, $, it doesn’t matter.

    WooCommerce: 3.7.0
    WordPress: 5.2.3
    PHP: 7.3.3
    Booster: 4.5.0

I am having exactly the same issue. Can you please advise a resolution asap?

This was the whole reason we bought the plugin so the solution needs to work.

    Hi,

Booster Plus is not yet fully compatible with PHP 7.3+ so it this might be the root cause of the issue. I would recommend downgrading to 7.1 or 7.2.

Also, it looks like you are using Booster Plus and these forum rules do not allow talks about premium plugins. You should contact us directly via email [email protected] or on our website.

Interesting thing is that I have 2 website, where I’m using this plugin, both working on PHP 7.3 and only in one there is problem. The second works well.
