Popup for logged in/logged out users when they select “add to cart”

Is it possible to integrate the popup forms in such a way that when a user selects the “add to cart” button the forms pop up? I’m also using your “add to cart” popup plugin so I’m hoping there won’t be any conflict there. Basically what I’m trying to accomplish is having a different pop-up appear when a user selects “add to cart” based on their login status like this:

Logged-in user selects add to cart: Cart popup appears (the other plugin)
Logged-out user selects add to cart: Login/signup popup appears
