Book Now Button Spins

  • When a user chooses a time slot & clicks the Book Now button, it continually spins & the user has no idea if their time was booked or not. We are getting the bookings thru, but the user doesn’t get the notification.

    Other than “Repair database & text” & “Repair calendar settings”, I’ve made zero changes to the plugin.

    Any ideas why when the User tries to reserve the conference room online, it appears to be working…at first. The “Book Now” button is there (after I have reset it), they click it, and it just kept cycling…it never gives them a “you’re reservation has been submitted” message, nor does it send us an email confirmation, but it DID reserve the space in the calendar. So when they attempt to try it again, they find that the “Book Now” button was gone again.
