    Hi Masoud,

    You admitted in all your requests that you still want to use our plugins, but because you want to hire someone providing dedicated support, you pretend your money back from us.

    That is not how the money back guarantee works.

    If you intend to keep using our premium products, the money back guarantee, obviously doesn’t apply.
