Cancelled Email

  • Hello,

    The body text in New Order email works but it doesn’t work on Customer Cancelled Order. Could you please guide me how I can get it worked? Right now the standart Woocommerce body text is sent not what I wrote in the plugin.

    In your woocommerce status, scroll down to templates and make sure that no email templates are being overridden.

    Hi Bey,

    Since I’m using child theme, there are email templates which are outdating the default woocommerce I guess. Should I remove the php files under my child theme?

    Well, I don’t know why they were in your child theme, to begin with, so I can’t suggest you remove them because there may be a reason you are overriding the files. If you are overriding email templates then that is likely why you are not seeing changes in the canceled order email.
