    Hello,
    I’m running the image optimization and I’m in level 1. I have 10 credits left and when I send optimization request, next image group includes 17 images and I get this error “Number of images in one image group (17) exceeds the credit (10)” and I don’t event know which images are sent and how they are chosen.
    I would appriciate if you can guide me how I can proceed.
    Also so far I’m at 5% but the optimizaton summary shows as
    Total Reduction: 0B
    Images Pulled: 0

    Does this mean that no optimization has done yet?

    Hi,

    Credits regenerate at the completion of an optimization cycle. Image Optimization will begin to happen automatically once you reached level 3.

    Hi,

    Have you been waiting long?

    Your credits will refresh once the optimization on the first batch is complete.

    If you’ve been waiting a long time, there may be a problem. Can you provide your Report Number, found in WP Admin > LiteSpeed Cache > Report? We can check on our end and see if there is anything unexpected happening.

    Hi,

    My report number is BASTNRSC
    But I think you didn’t understand my issue. I’m in level one and so far 7 groups (90 images) have been optimized so far. Since I’m in level 1 I have 10 more images left right? When I click on “Send Optimization Request” it gets another group but it seems like the group it gets has 17 images in it and it gives me the error I sent before.

    I think I do understand. You’ve had 90 images optimized so far. But if they are complete and you have pulled the images back to your server, then you should have gotten those 90 credits back. You should be back at 100, if those first 7 groups were processed without error. But it doesn’t sound like that is what happened.

    I looked at your report, and there is an “optimization error” logged. I’m going to pass this on to one of my colleagues to look at for you.
