• I am having an issue, when someone is making an order in our shop, the invoice isn’t automatically generated and doesn’t appear in the /uploads/wpo_wcpdf/attachments/ folder (invoice number isn’t incremented neither).

    I just found out that I was missing all the invoices for the orders paid by Paypal. By Stripe or Bank Transfer it is generated properly!
    What am I missing? What can I do to fix this or investigate? ??

    Did it also happen to anyone else before?

    Do the PayPal orders go through the same statuses as the order orders? Which order emails have you attached the invoice to? Have you disabled the invoice for specific order statuses? Let us know and we’ll do our best to help resolve this issue!

    To answer your questions:

    • Yes, Paypal goes through the same status flow as the other orders types. I didn’t customize this.
    • The pdf invoice is attached only on the “New order (administrator email)” event. And the invoice isn’t attached, only when it is a Paypal order. I don’t see any issue in the Paypal logs.
    • It is not disabled for any specific status
