How can I change the host server without losing the content?

Hello, I need to change the dns of my domain https://www.negocioinversion.com that runs with a wordpress blog dinamyc page, I eman I need to change the host dns′s from seohosting.com to hostgator.com. BUT BEFORE CHANGING THE DNS′S FOR THIS DOMAIN IN GODADDY I WANT TO BE SURE I AM NOT GOING TO LOOSE THE WHOLE CONTENT OF MY WEBSITE https://www.negocioinversion.com

How could i create a backup of my website and then what should i do in order to load this backup into the new host account?

I have try to download the whole content to my hard disk but it seems this is not the way to do it.
