    Hi,
    The notification, “Appointment Follow Up” does not seem to be working. Is there a way to get this notification to work? Seems like the “Appointment Approved” notification is working. Please advise.

    This is very bad for my business.The follow up email is important to my business as it directly asks clients to make a purchase. It seems as if this feature is not working. This is a deal breaker for me. I would like a refund. I will find another booking company to work with.
    Please let me know how to get a refund for this service.
