HS Code and shipping cost not showing in Paketkarte CP 71

  • Dear Sir/Mdm,

    I am trying to solve two issues.

    1. I have about 100 products. I am trying to fill up the Country of Manufacture (DHL) and Harmonized Tariff Schedule (DHL) using CSV import to make my life easier. However, I am not able to find the category for these 2 data while importing. Do you have a solution for this?

    2. I send my products from Germany to outside EU, this requires me to declare the total cost of invoice on the self-generated Paketkarte CP 71. However, on the self-generated Paketkarte CP 71, it only shows the cost of the products but not the cost of shipping or other additional cost. It is important to declare the total cost of invoice because when the total invoice is more 1000 Euros, I must apply the a MRN number. Do you have a solution for this?

    1. You can import these as post meta fields “_dhl_manufacture_country” for Country of Manufacture (DHL) and “_dhl_hs_code” for Harmonized Tariff Schedule (DHL).

    2. Is this possible in the portal itself? I do not see the option to add shipping and other costs in the API documentation.

    1. I tired “_dhl_hs_code” and it works. How for “_dhl_manufacture_country” I am not able to import. Do you know why?

    2. Yes it is possible in the portal itself. In the portal itself, while filling up the form “Associated shipping information”, there is a column named “Fees”. There is where all the other fees (Shipping cost, packing cost, transaction cost) must be added. The cost of products + the cost of fees = total invoice.

    1. The “_dhl_manufacture_country” needs to be based on https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_ISO_3166_country_codes for example “DE” for Germany etc.

    2. I believe I understand and will try to fix in coming releases.
