profile empty but can’t add stg

  • hello the plugin says that my profile looks empty in the main tab. since I’m the author of the blog, the 2 other tabs aren’t. but I don’t understand what kind of information there should be on the main tab. It’s embarrassing because there’s a big down smiley, they propose you to add information but you can do nothing.
    please advise!

    Hi @na1man,

    This means that you either haven’t added any fields to your Profile form in Ultimate member -> forms -> Default profile form or your user doesn’t have any information to show on this form.
    Ultimate member collects user data upon registration and can display collected data on the User page, however, you have to have similar fields on your registration and profile form.
