    I think this question should be in your FAQ …

    What if an user is not on Facebook, or can’t sign in (like 100% of China) ?
    I love your plugin, but why don’t giving an option (like with Paypal) to use it without registration?

    It could just ask for basic info like e-mail and then answer “we’ll contact you soon” … no need for the fancy chat features … only an alternative.

    Please tell me this is a Pro feature and I’m just missing it …

    This is a Facebook limitation and not from our side.

    “Pages Using Age/Country Restrictions
    If your Page has age or country restrictions set in Page settings, the customer chat plugin will not render for users who are not logged into their Facebook account when they visit your website.”

    Hi, I’m not speaking about Facebook limitations,
    I’m speaking about people who DON’T HAVE a Facebook account.

    Is it possibile to ask for an e-mail to the user that can’t login to Facebook ?

    It will impress you, but there is people without a Facebook account.

    No, the user must have a Facebook account to be able to chat via Chat Widget.
    In the following quarter, we will release the website widget that is not based on Facebook Messenger, keep an eye on the updates

    So you’re telling me that a “only web version” will arrive,
    and we could change in the future to that.

    Yes, correct, webchat won’t depend on any messenger and can be used by any user that visited the website.
    Sure, we’ll send a newsletter, but I need to make sure your actual email is on the list.
