Spam Users Numbers Feature Request

Hi, I have thousands of users and don’t need to re-check most of them for spam on a regular basis. Could you add the ability to check the “last X number of users”? or something similar? Then we could check the most recent 100 (or whatever number) instead of running through thousands of them. We would still be able to check all of them if necessary. Thanks for considering this.
