Innovative AND NOW Reliable

  • THIS IS MY ORIGINAL REVIEW. I HAVE SINCE MOVED IT FROM 3 to 5 STARS DUE TO THEIR CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT!

    I have a lot of love for and frustration with NitroPack. They have a great concept for a better way to increase performance. But it needs a lot of work…it has crashed 3 of my websites already during activation or upgrades. There are reports in the community of a lot of instability.

    When it works, it outperforms any combination of products I’ve ever used (even WP Rocket!). And it’s certainly the easiest to use. But it’s simply far too unreliable at this stage to trust on commercial websites that require lots of stability. I’ve heard this same comment throughout the development community. To NitroPack’s credit, they seem to be trying…they respond very quickly to requests via FB Messenger.

    For now, I recommend that you test the free version (up to 5 websites) on non-live sites and make sure you’re backed up before installing or updating.

    Even so, I’m following them closely…there’s a ton of promise and potential for NitroPack to be the breakthrough performance plugin we’ve been waiting for. It’s just not there yet.

    UPGRADED TO 5 STARS! Yes, you’ve clearly been working on making NitroPack reliable. I’m no longer having any issues and am satisfied with your progress…enough so that I’m now ready to begin pushing the paid version to new clients (via my speed optimization and maintenance plan packages). Good to know how hard you have been working to continuously improve the stability of this product. It’s now EXCELLENT and SUPERIOR to the many other caching solutions out there. Thank you!
