How to make Featured Image full width

    WordPress Version: 5.2.2
    Theme: Twenty Twelve

    Just starting to set up my site. I want a different image on each static page. I can’t use “Header Image” because Twenty Twelve only allows for a single image across all pages. So, instead, I am trying to use “Featured Image” on the individual pages.

    Because I don’t need a Sidebar, the page Template is set to to “Full-width Page Template, No Sidebar”. This works fine for the text (which displays full-width) but the Featured Image (above the text) refuses to go full-width. I am wondering if it bumping in to the invisible Sidebar.

    Any suggestions gratefully received.
