    Regarding your questions:

    We can’t see all of your screenshots. It shows an error 404.
    We need to check your screenshots in order to see what is happening with the first question.

    For the second question:

    You can change the section order modifying the right template in your active theme:

    Please copy the file:

    – wp-content/plugins/yith-woocommerce-advanced-reviews/templates/ywar-product-reviews.php

    And paste it in this path:

    – wp-content/themes/your_active_theme/woocommerce/ywar-product-reviews.php

    You will need to change all <div id="comments"> and everything inside, and put it under the block <div id="review_form_wrapper">.

    In this way, you will be able to see ‘Add a review’ block before the reviews list.
