    WordPress 5.2.2
    PHP version: 7.3.8
    Wordfence 7.4.0

    I have started seeing these errors in my log files:

    save, wfModel->insert

    I didn’t see these errors before. It might be coincidental, though I doubt it, but I have just recently upgraded the PHP version on my webhost form 5.6 to 7.3.

    Any thoughts?

    My apologies for the delayed response with this.

    I don’t believe this is going to be due to your PHP upgrade.

    Can you try resetting Wordfence and let me know if it helps?

    Hi Gerroald

    I reset the tables using the “delete on deactivation” method. This seems to have fixed the issue, as I have not seen anything in the error_log since. Would you have any idea on what caused it in the first place? I regularly check the error logs and it’s the first time in years that I’ve seen that type of error.

    Thanks for the update, and happy to hear it.

    It sounds like the table may have become corrupt. Reinstalling it recreated the table. As far as what caused it, it’s tough to say.
