We do not see conversions in Analytics. Is it supposed to be like this?
Everything else is there (add to cart actions/remove/bla etc.). How is that GA notification triggered? Could this be related to our payment provider? (Payone)

    Hi,

    Thanks for writing to us..!!

    1. No, it is not supposed to be like that. Our plugin captures conversion.

    2. We really can’t say much based on the details provided as we are unaware on which site you have activated the plugin. However, sometime GA takes time to show few reports. It may be because of that (Again not sure when did you activate the plugin).

    3. Make sure you have included your payment provider in Payment referral exclusion in GA settings (GA –> Admin –> Tracking Info –> Referral Exclusion List).

    Hope this helps.
Feel free to reach out to us any further doubts. ??

    Cheers..!!

Could you please explain how or where the conversion call should be triggered? Is it triggered on the thank you page?
    (filename, function, hook, etc)

How would 3) help getting the order conversion tracked?

On 2) what information do you want me to provide?

    Hi,

    1. The conversion call is triggered when your standard woocommerce store redirects to /order-received/ url.

    2. You can share URL on which you have activated your plugin.

    3. It helps in attributing transaction to your store only as at the time of payment the domain URL is of payment provider.

    Hope this helps.

    Regards
