Redirection error “The site is experiencing technical difficulties”

same error I found, when I try to redirect from /News/PR2001_2nd/Apr01_Unirez.html to /press_releases/release/unirez-expands-into-italy-through-agreement-with-hotel-marketing-solutions-april-2001/
without base URl, showing error while check redirection i.e. :

“Check redirect for: base_url/News/PR2001_2nd/Apr01_Unirez.html

Expected: 301 to base_url/press_releases/release/unirez-expands-into-italy-through-agreement-with-hotel-marketing-solutions-april-2001/

Found: 200

Agent: Not using Redirection”
Please confirm whats the issue. Is there need to access of any folder permissions ?

It works now and I didn’t change anything, maybe it was a cache related issue.
