The plugin blocked all my customer IP

I’m using a Pro version, and the plugin blocked all my customer IP address. Every time, I have to log into Clean Talk -> Log into my email -> Enter in Comfirmation code -> Put my customer ip to Whitelisted, I’m tired with that.
Hopefully you can resolve it soon.
