Not working after updating

I believe I see what is wrong now, which I will resolve. For now, go into your ticker and within the Global settings make sure the Columns and Rows under the Grid Settings are set to a number greater than 0. Then, save your ticker and let me know if the error goes away.

I have set Columns and Rows greater than 0, now error is not coming but ticker is not displaying on the page it is coming full blank.

Do you have a link to a page where I can see this? Do you have “Display ticks in a grid” enabled? If so, please un-check that box.
