• After testing the free version, I purchased the paid version. There was no ability to transfer anything (auctions, settings, etc) from on to the other, I had to start over from scratch. I had some support questions which received replies, but he didn’t answer the questions I asked. There were numerous things that made me decide this didn’t meet my needs, so I asked for a refund under the advertised 14 day refund policy. All requests for a refund have gone unanswered. He’s ignoring me now.

    Buyer beware.

    Update: Author has mysteriously found me in his system after initially claiming there was no record of me and refunded my money after I posted here, so raising my review by 1 star.

    I think I answered here that your refund request email was only 1 email that you sent to us and that went to SPAM folder and we did not have any knowledge about it. If you could have answered on the same initial email then refund would have been processed immediately. OR just intimated us on chat on our website.

    We do ethical business and have many customers. I understand your side where you were in the dark when email went to spam but at-least after genuine response let us now recognize and be gentlemen. I’m really disappointed that you are playing around with ratings and terming us as “mysterious”.
