puzzle with sidebar glitch

I am using the “WHA Wordsearch” plug-in. When I publish the page, the sidebar is pushed down below the word search puzzle. See here: https://cindexdev.wpengine.com/puzzle-page/

My theme provider says, “The issue is happening because there’s some problem with the HTML code that the shortcode generates , it’s missing a close tag somewhere.”

Can you correct this issue?
