Form has stopped working after moving from development URL to final URL

Hi there!
We recently launched a new website, and our contact form has stopped working. Previously it was working just fine – but since we switched from the dev domain to the final domain, nothing will send. I just get this message:
THERE WAS AN ERROR TRYING TO SEND YOUR MESSAGE. PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER.
Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated – thank you!
