Any Plugin Fees

    Are there any fees taken by this plugin? I recently installed GiveWP and found out later that they take an additional 2% on every donation I collect!

    We do not collect any fees. The only fees you’ll see are the standard processing fees charged by Stripe, Inc.

    I’m one of the co-authors of GiveWP. Let me just clarify a little.

    1) We do take 2% on Stripe Free donations
    2) We do not take any percent on PayPal Standard Donations
    3) If you purchase our Stripe Premium Addon there are no fees involved at all.

    Our Stripe integration is very complex and robust and supporting it is challenging, but we want to ensure as many people can take credit card donations on their site as possible.

    @webdevmattcrom I already contacted your support about this. The problem is that nowhere on the free plugin download page does it say that you charge a fee. In fact that page indicates quite the opposite…
