add custom order statuses to WooCommerce

    Hey.
    I now have Woo order statuses: On Hold, In Processing, and Fulfilled. When adding the User status, standard emails are not sent. Why is that? How to fix it? How can I solve this problem? All these statuses are necessary for me.

    Could you expand on what you mean by User status?

    Default Woocommerce emails have predefined triggers when they can be sent, if you would like to set up other triggers, including new order statuses you could use Booster’s Custom Email module.

    @rokasjan When you enable Custom Emails, the standard letters “Pending”, “In Processing” are not sent to the client. And letters do not come about a new order in my mail. When placing an order, a letter should be sent to the client and I should receive a letter about the New order. When the Custom Emails module is enabled, they are not sent.
