    I opened one case that was marked as resolved for this issue, but I am still unsure of what is causing the malfunction. We have a woocommerce powered store where the price previews and “add to cart” buttons have seemingly disappeared. I noticed that when opening the page in incognito and scrolling down quickly on the page load, the prices and buttons seem to be there, but they quickly disappear. I can see that the text and the buttons show on the back end of the page but they are somehow hidden on the front end. Any ideas on how to solve? I apologize as I’m still learning the ropes. Any help is much appreciated! Thank you!

  • I can see prices and add-to cart buttons here, so maybe you fixed the problem.

    Your theme is a year behind, see the changelog:

    Best to keep it up to date to match developments in WooCommerce. Even so, the changelog tells us the latest version of your theme is WC 3.6 compatible but you have WC 3.7. For least pain, best to postpone updating WC until your theme is ready for it.

    @lorro Thank you for your help! I understand. This will certainly be a good learning experience. Do I have any options to try and revert back to 3.6? I can see when I last updated the WC version but it may have been some time ago.

    Previous versions of WC are available, but going back is rarely as simple as just installing the old version.

    Did you fix it? I can still see prices and add-to-cart here. If you’ve fixed it, best not to revert to 3.6.

    Consider bringing the theme up-to-date though.

    As lorro mentioned, it’s going to be in your best interest to choose a theme that is actively being updated by the developer. Outdated themes can cause quirky issues like this and sometimes even security issues. And you’ll want to keep your WooCommerce installation up-to-date to ensure that it’s always secure and the best possible experience for your customers.

    I would recommend reaching out to your theme developer to see if there is an update available or possibly look at choosing a new theme.

    @lorro and @m155y5

    Thank you both for your help! @lorro I haven’t done anything to my knowledge to fix the problem, but I am glad that they are showing. May I know what browser you are seeing them on? I am using google chrome and still don’t see them at the moment. I have reached out to the theme developer regarding this.

    Still working for me in:
    Chrome Version 76.0.3809.100 (Official Build) (64-bit)
    & Safari Version 11.1.2 (11605.3.8.1)

    Ensure you have cleared your browser cache.

    This theme is being actively updated by the developer, its just that this site has an old version. I would not expect the theme support service to be interested in the problem unless the site is first updated to the latest version.

    We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
