    Currently, when user submits a ticket, it only asks for email address and nothing else.
    How can I collect more details, such as first name, last name, company name etc when a new user registers.

    Also, how can I edit the email template?

    @lordsnake Thank you for your ticket. Usually, we prefer one issue per ticket.

    Would like to refer you to the Documentation we just created after some check:

    The feature is yet not complete. It’s a custom workaround as of v0.6.0. We will improve the ease (inshALLAH) in upcoming releases.
