Hi, I can’t get backups to start.

Clicking now returns the following message:
“Job “Complete Backup” has started, but not responded for 10 seconds. Please check information.”

In the information, there is this error:
Server self connect Not expected HTTP response:Status-Code: 200
    Date: Wed, 21 Aug 2019 12:15:06 GMT
    Server: Apache
    Last-modified: Wed, 21 Aug 2019 09:35:15 GMT

    Accept-ranges: bytes
    Content-length: 0
    Content-type: text/html
    X-backend-server: Array

Changing to use alternate cron *does not work*.

Once that is enabled, clicking “run now” causes a black page to open which shows the URL, but doesn’t appear to do anything. No errors are being generated in the error log.

    Hi @delanthear
can you check if the new backup created in BackWPUp -> backups after click run now ?

No, Clicking button pops up a blank window with the url: <site>/wp-cron.php?_nonce=<nonce>&jobid=1&backwpup_run=runnowalt

The window never loads anything. I don’t see a hit in the access file. A backup never appears. No logs appear.

    Hi @delanthear
Sorry about the delayed response, could you check if there is any error thrown in the server log?

No errors at all, even if I turn on the error logging in WordPress :/ Sadly I need to get backups working, so used a different plugin which worked. Not sure what the problem is with Backwpup!
