    Hello,
I have a site w/ many maps on it. It said “For Display Purposes…” so I put this plugin on there. I had an API already set up for the site, so I used that key. There is NO billing account associated with the existing API.

When I check pages with the different maps, it gives this error: “RefererNotAllowedMapError”

I have added all iterations of the site to the api key.

Is it possible that there’s another issue? Or is it that there’s no billing? Since it’s just throwing up “RefererNotAllowedMapError” only, what else could it possibly be?

    Thanks!

    Hi,

RefererNotAllowedMapError means that the API key used is not allowed for the domain in which you are trying to use it. You can edit your current key or generate a new API key using our plugin, that will create it correctly.

Yes, Google Maps now require billing info for maps to work. Once you’ll fix the domain not allowed error the billing error will probably come up too.

    Thanks
