themes, themes and more themes!!

I am looking for a theme for my blog that can do the following things:

customizable header ( I want to put my own photo in there)
two columns (one for my content, the other one on the right side for my links, etc)
will support my affiliate marketing business
will operate on IE and Firefox

I know there are 40+ pages of choices, but so far I have not found one that is suitable. I did search with the parameters above and came up with nothing.
