    I have set the site Under Construction to be On

    When I launch to forgot password i cannot access the page.

    How the users can recover their password while the site is Under Construction?

    Hi,

    Under Construction Page does not block any of the default wp-admin related URLs and functionality. So you should just open [yourwebsiteurl].com/wp-login.php and click the “Lost your password?” button.
