Display Tracking in MyAccount for each user?

  • is it possible to display some trackings in the account area? I am interested in the following 2 things:

    Track the edits of specific custom post types (and its categories are important too!) – and i want to display this – sorted by category in the myaccount area of the user for motivation.

    Another question: Is this plugin heavyweight? Does it can slow down website speed, if it is a heavy used website?
