WordPress login not workign

I’d probably start by shutting down that ultimate member plugin and then ask the WooCommerce people for help if you can’t get things to work.

One thing at a time! And make sure you don’t break the standard login for the admin user!!!

Once you can use whatever it is you wish to do with WooCommerce you can then move on to the Ultimate Member plugin and do the same.

@jnashhawkins I Deactivate all my plugin(except woocommerce) and activate default theme , but nothing change
I also install oldest version of woocommerce and nothing happen again..
I delete my .htaccess , clear all caches and ….
do you have any Idea?

As long as you can get to and use the WordPress login then your other problems are outside what I can help you with unless there is something I missed.

@jnashhawkins Yes I asked and I didn’t recieve any answer!

I imagine most of the support people there are volunteers just like us here on the WordPress forums.

You just need to be patient and wait until they catch up with you.

Your only other alternative would be to seek a professional developer to help you with your issues or to spend your time digging into the documentation and trying to DIY.

I know the wait can be frustrating but that’s how it is.
