Two Column layout of FAQ

    My UltimateFAQ topics (questions) are in a two-column mode, even on a cellphone. I cannot find any topic here that addresses this problem. I have no other areas of dual columns anywhere on the website that I am creating. How do I change to a single column? Thanks kindly.

  • Hi mchasemd,

    Normally they would be in one column by default only, which means there might be some CSS applied already to make it two columns.

    1) Is it possible to upload your site to a testing server and give us the link?
    2) If not, could you send us a screenshot of what you’re seeing?
    3) Lastly, if you go to the plugin settings, then click “Options” -> “Basic”, is there anything currently entered into the “Custom CSS” box?
